Ann Marie Wallace doesn’t drink wine, beer or other spirits. But when the 33-year-old is at a party, she would like to have a better choice than just Coke or Sprite.

She isn’t alone in her quest for a decent booze-free drink, which is why the Utah native recently started a mobile bartending service called ConcoXions. The 6-month-old company serves non-alcoholic specialty drinks at office parties, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, fund-raising galas and trade shows.
